Robust & Durable Metal Airframe

The airframe has all joints of construction riveted as well as bonded for high durability and long fatigue life. Using this technology makes the SportStar MAX construction unique on the LSA market. All heads are sealed with mastic for further enhancement of durability. Such build provides also better crash characteristics and smoother and quieter flight because drumming and flexing are absent.

Using composite parts for enhancement of aerodynamic cleanliness of the airplane is limited to non-structural parts of construction only.
